"Lima" was created in the home of Peruvian borne, Opengrass Festival organizer, Sammy Zuniga. This live painting test run, was the opening for Desire With An E and Opengrass to offer live painting and music performances together.
Upon looking at the piece Sammy and asked Desire with An E about the inspiration. She explained that she picks up the energy from the space in the moment.
His mother agreed that this painting seemed to have an elemental underlying of Lima, Peru their home town. The bottom of the painting flows like the city capital from the water. Thus "Lima" was borne.
