In this one hour session, you will experience the Japanese Reiki technique of stress reduction from head to toe.  As you relax quietly on the table, simply allow stress and tension to melt away with this unique process that increases well-being and invigorates the spirit.

Why Mind Body Relaxation?

The mind body communication throughout the day can easily be compared to the wave of the ocean.  Some moments are calm anticipating the next set of waves, like when we first arrise in the morning.  Other moments are in full motion rising and crashing, pushing & pulling, dancing in a rhythmic attempt like when we are balancing projects, deadlines & family life.
